A Strength Training Health and Wellness Program

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) is an 8 week strength training program for older adults. SSSH is modeled after the evidenced-based Strong Women program developed by researchers at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science at Tufts University. While the original Tufts program includes only women, University of Missouri Extension has adapted the curriculum to include men.
